This project focused on designing and producing a cohesive suite of marketing materials for Revera Retirement Living’s new luxury senior living properties across Canada. Key deliverables included a sales center, brochures, and sales tools as part of a comprehensive campaign aimed at attracting discerning seniors and their families. The goal was to highlight the properties' luxurious amenities and exceptional living environments while reinforcing Revera’s premium brand positioning.

Challenges:
The primary challenge was to effectively convey both the elegance and comfort of these communities, ensuring the materials resonated with the target audience and communicated the unique value of the properties.

Outcome:
The final designs became essential assets in Revera’s sales strategy. The brochure, in particular, stood out for its luxurious aesthetic, clear and compelling messaging, and strong alignment with the Revera brand. These materials significantly enhanced in-person sales presentations and served as a polished leave-behind at sales centers. As a result, the campaign contributed to increased inquiries and successful move-ins, affirming the effectiveness of the design approach.
